At Chado Tea, we take pride in the quality of our premium leaves; if you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we offer returns on unopened tea products and accessories within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our customer service team with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

  Prepare Your Package

  Ensure all tea tins or pouches remain factory-sealed and securely pack the items in their original shipping box to prevent damage during transit.

  Ship the Items

  Affix the provided return shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the returned items, we will process a full refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
